We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features accessed, and session duration to improve the platform. We do not collect financial data directly — all financial data is sourced through your authorized third-party connectors (Plaid, QuickBooks Online, Xero) and is processed solely to provide the services you have requested.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Finteligence platform; to respond to your inquiries and demo requests; to send operational communications such as reports, alerts, and action item notifications; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers), your authorized partner or advisor firm if you are a client user, and as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Sentinel Intelligence Corp. and its users.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Access to financial data is scoped to your organization and gated by OAuth authorization flows. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain SOC 2-aligned operational controls.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial data synced from connectors is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
