By accessing or using the Finteligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Finteligence is a financial intelligence platform that aggregates, analyzes, and presents financial data from authorized third-party sources to help businesses and their advisors make informed decisions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to authorized partner firms and their clients.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) share your credentials with unauthorized parties; (b) attempt to access data belonging to other organizations; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation; or (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization from Sentinel Intelligence Corp.
By connecting third-party financial accounts (such as Plaid, QuickBooks Online, or Xero), you authorize Sentinel Intelligence Corp. to access and process data from those accounts solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your connected accounts and for revoking access when no longer needed. You represent that you have the right to authorize this access.
Access to the Service is provided under a subscription agreement between your organization and Sentinel Intelligence Corp. or an authorized partner firm. Payment terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are governed by your subscription agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, reports, and visual designs, is the exclusive property of Sentinel Intelligence Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Your organization retains ownership of your financial data.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party's non-public information and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sentinel Intelligence Corp. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data will be complete or accurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Intelligence Corp.'s total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall Sentinel Intelligence Corp. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be suspended and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
